F. Data Backup Service Training Course
The Data Backup Service eLearning course will prepare technicians with the
knowledge required for setting up and configuring Data Backup Service in the
field. Training is required to allow the servicing dealer to enroll in Data Backup
Service. Service technicians who complete the Data Backup Service training
are entitled to live, phone-based support through the Canon USA TSC.
