IX. Limited Warranty Support
A. imagePRESS Lite C170 / C165 Limited Warranty Conditions
Ninety (90) days after delivery to the original purchaser or 150,000
prints/copies, or a combination of both, whichever comes first.
This limited warranty covers the product accessories. For detailed limited
warranty information, please refer to the Canon imagePRESS Lite C170 / C165
Limited Warranty on page 118.
Note: No warranty is given on any consumables or consumable parts, such as
paper, toner, chemicals, or pick-up rollers.
B. D07 Drum Unit Limited Warranty

Full Credit:
Black Drum Unit
1,000 prints or copies (or a combination of both) or 30
days after delivery to the original purchaser, whichever
comes first.
Color Drum Unit
1,000 prints or copies (or a combination of both) or 30
days after delivery to the original purchaser, whichever
comes first.
Prorated Credit:
Black Drum Unit
710,000 prints or copies (or a combination of both) or
120 days after delivery to the original purchaser,
whichever comes first.
Color Drum Unit
260,000 prints or copies (or a combination of both) or
120 days after delivery to the original purchaser,
whichever comes first.
C. Warranty Programs
Reference the Warranty Programs section on the e-Support Center Website to
review details of the following warranty programs and offerings:
The Flat-Rate Program provides a flat-rate credit to Canon USA’s
full-line dealers as compensation for warranty expenses that they may
incur.
Canon USA Authorized Parts Repair Facilities that repair circuit boards for
various Canon products.
The e-Tag, an electronic limited warranty claim form, that is completed
online, printed out, and accompanied by the original defective part that is
being returned to the Warranty Control Section for warranty compensation
The Parts Support Program is designed to help reduce your service costs
for controllers. By participating in the Parts Support Program your
dealership will not be required to stock expensive parts.
