H. Training Facilities
1. Online Courses
The online courses are located in the e-Learning center on the Canon USA
e-Support Center Website. Certification maps on the e-Support Center
Website provide easy access to the training. The online courses can be
conducted at any dealer facility that is suitable for online student learning.
2. Classroom Training Facilities
Classroom training is available in each of the five Canon Regional Training
Centers:
• Jamesburg, New Jersey
• Norcross, Georgia
• Irving, Texas
• Itasca, Illinois
• Irvine, California
I. Course Equipment
• Windows workstation (Windows 7 or higher)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer v11.0 or higher
• Applicable accessories (hardware and software)
