Cleaning the roller
Clean the roller when print media does not feed correctly.
Follow this procedure
1 Remove any print media from the multi-purpose tray.
2 Press [Additional Functions].
3 Use [
] or [
] to select <2.MAINTENANCE>.
4 Press [OK/Set].
5 Use [
] or [
] to select <5.ROLLER CLEANING>.
6 Press [OK/Set].
• The machine starts cleaning the roller.
7 When cleaning has finished, repeat steps 2 to 6 twice.
8 Load A4- or letter-size plain paper in the multi-purpose tray and repeat
steps 2 to 6 three more times.
