6.2 Starting
To avoid poisoning from exhaust gas, make
sure the place is well ventilated when starting
engine.
DANGER
1. Open fuel cock.
2. Make sure brake pedal is locked.
(If not locked, depress brake pedal and apply parking brake
lock lever.)
3. Make sure rotary clutch lever is in [OFF] position.
4. Make sure cutting height adjust lever is in [TRAVEL] posi-
tion.
When rotary clutch lever is in [ON] position,
safety switch is engaged and engine will not
start.
NOTE

Operation
Do not overfill HST oil. HST oil expands due to
heat when in use, and may overflow.
