Rubber products, such as fuel hose, engine oil drain hose,
and HST oil tank hose deteriorate even if they are not used.
Replace them and their cramps with new ones every three
years.
(Replace them when damaged.)

7.9 Replacing
7.9.1 Oil Filter Cartridge
Replace oil filter cartridge every 100 hours of operation.
1. Before installing new filter, apply new oil on filter gasket.
2. Follow instructions in operator's manual for the engine to
install new filter.
3. Remove oil gauge and fill new oil of specified grade.
4. Check oil level.
5. Start engine and check for leaks.
7.9.3 Cutting Blades
When handling cutting blade, wear thick gloves
or wrap blade with cloth. Handle blades careful-
ly in order to prevent injuries.
1. Open right hand side of cutting blade shield.
