The leaving chilled water header temperature sensor is required and used to measure the temperature of the
water in the common supply header leaving the chillers.
1 Strip the outer jacket from the cable for at least 4 inches (10.2 cm). Strip .25 inch (.6 cm) of insulation from
each wire.
2 Wire the sensor to the controller. See diagram below.
3 Sensor may be terminated at Input 4.
4 Apply power and verify sensor readings.
To wire an outdoor air temperature sensor to the controller

You can use an optional outdoor air temperature (OAT) sensor to provide a reset of the chilled water setpoint
adjustment based on the OAT reset.
1 Strip the outer jacket from the cable for at least 4 inches (10.2 cm). Strip .25 inch (.6 cm) of insulation from
each wire.
2 Wire the sensor to the controller. See diagram below.
3 Sensor may be terminated at Input 3.
