2.7.1 Traceability (Menu code 1330)
( MENU → 3. PLU Date Table II → 3. Traceability )
This Menu is used to program the history of a PLU. You must follow local Traceability
regulations when using this menu.
Note: You should program the Country Code (Menu 1340), Slaughter House
(Menu 1350) and Cutting Hall (Menu 1360) before programming the Traceability.
2.7.1.1 New/Edit Traceability (Menu code 1331)
( MENU → 3. PLU Date Table II → 3. Traceability→ 1. New/Edit )
▶You can press the SAVE key at anytime to save the current data and if
you want to exit without saving, press the ESC key.
1. Enter traceability number
• This value can be from 1 to 99.
EX) Traceability number = 1
2. Enter description
EX) Description = SIRLOIN
3. Born in country number
EX) Born in country No. = 1. SWEDEN
