Stoppingtheengine
1.Lowertheattachmentandthedozerblade(if
equipped)untilitisrestingontheground.
2.Turntheenginethrottlebutton(1)tolowidleposition
andlettheenginerunfor5minutesorso.
NOTICE:Incoldweather,lettheenginerunforabout10
minutesatidlespeed.
NOTICE:Alwayslettheenginerunatidlebeforeswitch-
ingoffcompletely,exceptinemergencysituations.
3.Turntheignitionkey(2)tothe“Off”position.
NOTE:Toactivatetheanti-theftprotectionwhenstopping
theengine,(refertopage4-4).
NOTICE:Iftheengineistobeshutdownforaconsider-
ablelengthoftime,refertopage4-44).
Intheeventofanemergency

theengineusingtheignitionkey,presstheemergency
shut-downswitchontheleft-handcontrolarm.
