signedtopreventtheoperatorfromleavingtheop-
erator’scompartmentwithouthavingraisedthelever
beforehand.

Tosoundthehorn,presstheendoftheleft-handcon-
trollever.
NOTICE:Alwayssoundthehornbeforeoperatingthe
machine.

4.Cabradiomutecontrol
Locatedbelowthecontrollever,thiscontrolisused
tomutethesoundwithouthavingtooperatethecab
radio.
Pressandreleasethecontroltomutethesound.
Pressonceagainonthecontrolandrelease,the
soundisrestored.
NOTE:Withtheenginestopped,ifthesoundismuted,
itwillstillbeactivewhentheengineisrestarted.

6.Emergencyshutdownswitch
Thiscontrolenablestheenginetobeshutdownin
emergencyorwhenitisnotpossibletoshutitdown
bymeansoftheignitionkey.
Pressonthefrontofthecontrol,theenginestops,the
audiblewarningdevicesounds,thecontrolindicator
lampcomesonandthemessage"Enginestop"isdis-
played,refertopage3-18.
Tostarttheengineagain,pressonthebackofthe
controloncemoreandthenturntheignitionkeyto
starttheengine.
NOTICE:Thisswitchshouldonlybeusedincaseof
anemergency.

8.Freeswingswitch(optional)
Theswitchtochoosetheswingstoppingcondition.

Whentheengineisstarted,itisinthe“Off”position.

Whenselectedthereinnoswingposition.
NOTE:Whenitis“On”andusedonaslope,theswing
becomeshardtostop.(Theswingparkingbrakedoes
notworkautomatically).Iftheswitchisturned“On”when
onaslope,themachinemaystarttomovebecausethe
swingbrakeisreleased.
