System Installation
CAUTION
DO NOT use a MARSXpress Plus turntable. The turntable will not be properly aligned.
10.2. Select the System Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
10.3. Select Tools.
10.4. Select the “Turntable” tab.
10.5. Place the MARSXpress turntable or turntable calibration tool on the turntable drive lug and press
“Start.”
10.6. Once the alignment process is complete, there will be three (3) possible outcomes:
• “Turntable is Aligned” - proceed with next step.
• “Turntable is not aligned. It is recommended to save the turntable offset of +/-XXX. Do you wish to
save?” - Save the new offset value and proceed with next step.
• “Turntable is not aligned. Mechanical alignment is required for turntable offset of +/-XXX.” - DO NOT
continue with installation/operation. Contact your CEM Represetative for assistance.
11. System Setup is complete.
