Update Application – This icon is used to update the
software if a new version is released. Simply copy
the new software to a USB, plug the USB into the
ORACLE processor, then press the button and follow
the directions to upgrade the system.
Event Viewer
The “event viewer” is a tool used by CEM service and
applications personnel to track and determine the possible
cause of certain system issues. Event Viewer should only be
accessed at the request of a CEM trained specialist.
