The butt connectors of the
main harness and motor
electric control harness shall
be connected reliably without
looseness, falling off, damage
and dirt;
The harness shall have good
insulation, and the lines shall
be fixed reliably without
interference and friction
Focus on checking the harness
connector (harness on the
motor) close to the heat source
for looseness, falling off,
damage and dirt.
17 Check the
sealing of
the electrical
compartment
The harness connection and
all parts in the driver's lower
compartment and battery
compartment shall be kept dry.
18 Check
the body
grounding
wire
The grounding wires of all
electrical appliances and
vehicle electrical systems
shall be fixed reliably without
looseness, and the harness
insulation shall be good.
