Level II Maintenance (Level II 1) Items and Requirements
The period of level II maintenance is calculated as per a certain mileage or time
interval (mileage is calculated from the first maintenance), whichever comes first.
Level II maintenance is required to be carried out together with routine
maintenance items. The scope of work of level II maintenance includes all work
contents of level I maintenance. When the contents or requirements of level I and
level II maintenance of a component are different, please follow the table below. It
is recommended that you go to the CENNTRO authorized service center.
The maintenance items and related requirements of Level II maintenance (Level II 1)
are listed below:

2 Check braking

The service brake and parking
brake shall have good
performance, the installation
and connection shall be firm,
there is no air leakage in the
air pressure pipeline, and no
cracking on the surface of the
brake hose; the brake friction
plate is not completely worn.
Replace it if any problem is
found.
The leaf spring shall be free
from fracture and dislocation,
and the leaf spring clamp shall
be free from looseness. No loss
of anti-wear plate.
4 Check and
fasten the
U-bolt and
leaf spring pin
fastening bolt
The bolts shall be installed
firmly and tightened regularly
according to the required
torque.
