Maintenance
Level I Maintenance Items and Requirements
The period of level I maintenance is calculated as per a certain mileage or time
interval (mileage is calculated from the first maintenance), whichever comes first.
Level I maintenance is required to be carried out together with routine maintenance
items. It is recommended that you go to the CENNTRO authorized service center for
maintenance.
The list of maintenance items and related requirements are as follows:

Steering
system
1 Check the
steering tie rod
and straight
rod assembly
The connection shall be firm, all
locking pins shall be complete
and effective, the ball head
and ball bowl shall be properly
tightened, free from cracks and
good lubrication;
The radial displacement of
the ball head shall not
exceed 0.6 mm, and the axial
displacement shall not exceed 2
mm. If it exceeds the limit, it shall
be replaced in time.
Brake
control and
pipeline
2 Check the
brake pedal
The pedal movement is free of
jamming and abnormal
noise, and the same position is
smooth: the free stroke of the
brake pedal is required to be
8~12 mm.
3 Check and
fasten all
brake pipes
and brake
linkage
The installation and connection
shall be firm, each brake pipeline
shall be free of air leakage, and
the brake linkage mechanism
shall be sensitive and reliable.
4 Check braking
performance
The service brake and parking
brake have good performance,
are installed and connected
firmly, and each brake pipeline
has no air leakage.
