• The filter screen of the air conditioner should be cleaned regularly (once a
week) to ensure the air volume and cooling capacity of the air conditioner
and the cleanliness of the air in the vehicle. At the same time, you can
shorten or extend the maintenance period appropriately according to the air
quality in the vehicle operation area.
• After a long-term shutdown, the compressor may have the following risks:
liquid shock, shaft seal damage and refrigerant leakage are likely to occur
during startup, so in the off-season of air conditioning use, the compressor
should be operated at least once a month for about 10 minutes.
• During the operation of the air conditioner, at least 7~8 air outlets should be
kept in the open state, otherwise, the evaporator is prone to frost or produce
condensate because the cold air cannot be discharged.
• In order to protect the compressor, the minimum time interval between two
starts of the compressor is 3 minutes, the air conditioning compressor should
not be started more than 10 times per hour, and the minimum running time
of each start of the compressor is 2 minutes.
