Use and Maintenance of Drive Motor
The battery electric power system consists of a drive motor, a mechanical
transmission and an electronic shift system. The electronic gear selection and shift
system includes control system (HCU), gear selection and shift actuator and other
components. Based on ZD.F4S500E transmission, the system is equipped with
automatic mechanical transmission (AMT system) to ensure good comfort and
economy during driving.
Drive Motor
This is a direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous motor which adopts the
internationally advanced development and manufacturing process to ensure the
highest efficiency density and efficiency among the products of the same grade.
· Do not open the VCU housing of the electronic control unit.
· Do not disassemble the actuating motor.
· Do not connect to high-voltage power supply.
· Do not enter the high intensity magnetic field area.
· Keep away from ignition sources.
· Do not supply power directly to the actuating motor.
· Do not store in a humid environment for a long time.
· When the single battery supply voltage is less than 9 V, the power supply
must be replaced.
· Failure to use genuine parts may result in damage and invalid warranty.
Lubrication and Maintenance of Transmission
· Please purchase lubricating oil conforming to the regulations from a regular
supplier.
· The approximate amount of oil required for the gearbox assembly is given on the
nameplate of the gearbox.
· To ensure that the oil level is level with the oil overflow port, the oil level height
shall be checked by the oil overflow port on the side of the housing, and the oil
