Operation
· Special attention should be paid to the normal temperature of the motor coolant.
· When driving to 125 miles (200 km) and 310 miles (500 km), check and tighten
the bolts of important parts of the suspension system under load. Leaf spring
suspension: U-shaped bolts and nuts need to be fastened.
· This chassis is equipped with steering booster. When the running-in mileage
reaches 930 miles (1500 km), clean the steering booster and replace the filter
element and working oil in the steering oil cup. (Cleaning method: add 8 #
hydraulic transmission oil into the oil cup, connect the oil return pipe to another
container, and start the oil pump for several times in a short time until there is no
debris in the oil).
Operation After Running-in
After running-in, clean the rear axle and steering gear, replace the lubricating oil,
clean the breather plug, check and fasten the main bolt connections according to
the specified torque, and tighten the bolts of the important parts of the suspension
system according to the specified torque under the load condition.
After running-in, please be sure to carry out combined maintenance
according to the requirements. If you give up the mandatory maintenance,
you will lose your warranty rights.
Energy-saving Driving Skills
The methods and skills of energy-saving driving are as follows:
· The starting operation should be reasonable, and the starting should be smooth
and gentle, avoiding large throttle.
· Drive at a constant speed. When driving at a variable speed, the power
consumption is significantly increased due to repeated acceleration and
deceleration. Therefore, keep the constant speed and keep the accelerator pedal
as still as possible.
· Control the maximum speed. When the vehicle exceeds the economic speed,
the faster the speed, the more power consumption will be. Even under the
ideal weather and road conditions, the maximum speed should be specially
controlled.
