5 Check the

Installed firmly, complete and
intact.
The connecting parts of relative
sliding and rotating parts
(such as guide wheel and slide
way, transmission shaft and
fixed seat, etc.) shall be free of
abnormal wear. After the door
is placed in the open state,
apply lubricating grease on the
contact part of piston rod and
cylinder head; pull off the
rubber plugs at the upper and
lower ball joints of the
passenger door swivel arm and
fill in grease to ensure smooth
rotation of the ball joints.
7 Check the
refrigerant
pipeline of the
air conditioner
The refrigerant pipeline of the air
conditioner shall be installed
firmly without omission,
interference and rubbing.
8 Check the air
conditioning
condenser
All parts of the condenser
shall be installed firmly, the
fan shall operate normally,
and the condenser shall be
cleaned at least once a
quarter according to the use
situation (use compressed air for
cleaning, if water is needed for
cleaning, the condenser fan and
electrical connection part shall
be removed).
9 Check the rear
closed
electrical box
(in the battery
compartment)
It is forbidden to use non-
standard fuse; the fixing bolts of
the fuse and relay are not loose.
