Servicing the Vehicle
Your vehicle needs periodic maintenance to maintain reliability, road safety and
functional ability. Please follow the required service measures as recommended
by Cenntro. Failure to maintain the vehicle according to Cenntro’s specifications
or service intervals could result in damage to the vehicle and invalidation of
Cenntro’s Warranty Policies and Procedures.
High Voltage System Dangers
• Cenntro vehicles contain High-Voltage Systems, comprised of Lithium-
Ion Batteries, high-voltage cables (537V), electric plug cables, and car
batteries (24V).
• Attempting to service or repair high voltage equipment on your own,
you risk the danger of being electrocuted and suffering severe or fatal
injuries. High voltage connections and cables are identified by orange
color and identifying warning labels.
• Cenntro strongly recommends that all service and repair work is done at
a Cenntro service center. Service and repair of high voltage systems or
components should only be performed by specially trained technicians
with related training and experience.
Reporting US Safety Defects
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect that could cause a crash or could
cause injury or death, you should immediately inform the National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), in addition to notifying Cenntro. If NHTSA
receives similar complaints, it may open an investigation, and if it finds that a
safety defect exists in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy
campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems
between you, your dealer, your service center, or Cenntro. To contact NHTSA, you
may call the Vehicle Safety Hotline toll-free at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY:1-800-424-
9153); go to http://www.safercar.gov; or write to: Administrator, NHTSA, 400
Seventh Street, SW., Washington, D.C. 20590. You can also obtain other
information about motor vehicle safety from http://www.safercar.gov.
