it should be eliminated immediately. If the connections, positioning and locking
mechanisms between the box and the bracket are abnormal, please contact the
supplier. Do not open the battery box without authorization.
After the vehicle drives for every 1-2 months, it is necessary to check whether the
fixing bolts connecting the battery bracket and the vehicle body are loose, and
whether the matching insulating bakelite sleeves and washers are intact. The
air vents on both sides of the battery box should be unblocked and free of dust
deposition. If there is any abnormality, please maintain it in time.
Regularly check the insulation resistance between DC+, DC - and PE of the battery
box and the shell of the battery box: at DC1000 V, the insulation resistance is 50 MΩ;
insulation resistance between low-voltage connection and battery box shell: 50 MΩ
at DC500 V; in case of any abnormality, contact the supplier in time.
When the battery is not in use for a long time, it is recommended to carry out
supplementary power maintenance every three months or so, and use charging
equipment to charge the battery at 80 A (about 1/3C3) current for 1 to 2 hours.
• When the power supply system is used in driving, if the voltage of a single
battery is lower than 3 V, please return to the charging station for charging in
time to avoid discharging the single battery.
• When the power supply system is used in driving, if the temperature of single
battery exceeds 131 ℉ (55 ℃ ), please stop using it, wait for cooling or take
measures such as fan to cool it, and then use it after the temperature drops
to about 113 ℉ (45 ℃ ).
• It is forbidden to touch the positive and negative poles of the battery with
both hands without taking insulation protection measures.
• It is forbidden to disassemble any component of the battery system
assembly without authorization.
• It is forbidden to discharge or overcharge the battery.
• It is forbidden to cover the battery box with other items during charging to
avoid heat accumulation during charging.
• It is forbidden to contact the positive and negative poles of the battery box
with metal or wire at the same time to cause short circuit.
• It is forbidden to use the battery box as a bearing platform.
