DETAILED STEPS
PurposeCommand or Action
Enables privileged EXEC mode.enable
Step 1
Example:
Device> enable
Enter your password if prompted.
Enters global configuration mode.configure terminal
Example:
Device# configure terminal
Step 2
Enables support for a Cisco content engine service group
or any content engine service group and configures a
redirect ACL list or group ACL.
ipv6 wccp [vrf vrf-name] {web-cache | service-number}
[group-address multicast-address] [redirect-list
access-list] [group-list access-list] [password password]
Example:
Device(config)# ipv6 wccp web-cache
Step 3
Checks the access control list (ACL) for egress interfaces
for packets redirected by WCCP.
ipv6 wccp check acl outbound
Example:
Device(config)# ipv6 wccp check acl outbound
Step 4
Exits global configuration.exit
Example:
Device(config)# exit
