Chapter 1 Overview
Cisco Nexus 7000 Series
1 Air intake areas for up to four AC or DC power
supplies (N7K-AC-3KW or N7K-DC-3KW) or blank
filler plates in place of missing power supplies to
maintain the designed airflow

weight to less than 120 lbs (54.4 kg) in order to use these
handles to lift the chassis)

(if installing two supervisor modules, both modules
must be the same type with the same amount of
memory):
• Supervisor 2 (N7K-SUP2)
• Supervisor 2 Enhanced (N7K-SUP2E)
1. The Cisco Nexus F2-Series 48-port 1/10-Gigabit SFP+ module supports all of the standard features of F2 modules and it functions like an F2-series
module with Layer 2 and Layer 3 enabled. These modules also support IPv6 DSCP-to-Queue mapping.
