Pre-tightening : 1,5 ± 0,1
Tightening :5 ±0,1
Slackening : 360° ± 2°
Tightening :2 ±0,75
Angular tightening : 285° ± 5°
(Sequence from 1 to 10)
NOTE: Oil the threads and under
the heads of the bolts (use engine
oil or Molykote G Rapid Plus).

Cylinder head tightening (m.daN) Cylinder head bolts
A = Washer thickness :4 ±0,2 mm
Cleaning to be carried out just prior to refitting.
WARNING: Clean the contact faces with the approved cleaning product. Do not use abrasives or cutting tools on the contact faces. The contact faces
must not bear any traces of impact or scratching.
Brush the threads of the cylinder head bolts.
