Step 4
Adjust car seat to Recline Position 1 or 2 by
pulling recline handle out and rotating car
seat as shown in Figure 74.
IMPORTANT: Never use recline position 1
when installed with LATCH, Forward-Facing,
and without the Top Tether.
Step 5
Pull Rigid LATCH Connectors to the fully
extended position as shown in Figure 75.
• Pull and hold Rigid LATCH
Adjustment Handle.
• Grasp the back of the Rigid LATCH
Connectors and pull out until they stop.
• Release Rigid LATCH
Adjustment Handle.
