Step 10
Tighten vehicle belt to secure the car seat.
• Press down in center of car seat to
depress the vehicle cushion and pull free
end lap belt only or shoulder portion of
lap/shoulder belt to tighten as shown
in Figure 103 (lap belt only) or
Figure 104 (lap/shoulder belt).
• If using a lap/shoulder belt: while
holding the vehicle belt tight, lock
Forward-Facing Belt Lock-off as shown
in Figure 105.
NOTE: Use only one Forward-Facing Belt
Lock-Off at a time. NEVER use both in the
Forward-Facing Mode.
