6.2.9 Drawing cut (trailing position)
With the RADIUS SL 860 it is possible to limit the forward rotation of the blade share to 90 °, 85 °, 45 ° and 40 °.
The 45° setting in conjunction with the pivoting clod breakers (Figure 14, item 36) and particularly with the clearing
share (CW653.001400 right or CW653.001500 left) allows increased transport of the loosened soil from under-
vine area into the row. This share position is also advantageous when using the RADIUS SL 860 in particularly
hard soils, since here the oil pressure on the share must be kept rather high. Due to the altered angle of impact
on the vine, the impact pressure is considerably reduced.

To adjust the end position of the blade share, loosen the hexagon head screws (Figure 16, item 40) and move
the stop block (Figure 16, item 41) to the desired of the four possible positions.
6.3 Dismounting from the tractor
Attention:
When leaving the tractor for mounting, dismounting and making adjustments always switch
off the drive and engine.
Remove ignition key!
Secure the tractor and machine against unintentional movements (e.g. rolling away, lowering,
etc.).
Observe the relevant accident prevention regulations and all other information given in the
operating instructions!
When attaching or removing implements to the tractor do not step between tractor and
implement!
The machine/implement is designed for permanent attachment to the tractor.
If, however, it should be necessary to dismount it, this process must take place on a dry, level and firm or load-
bearing surface. Ensure that the implement is secured against toppling over. Before starting to dismount, make
sure that there are no persons under the RADIUS SL or in its immediate vicinity. Observe the accident prevention
regulations.
6.3.1 Shutting down the machine/implement
When the unit is taken out of operation (end of the season, installation of another unit), complete cleaning must
be carried out. Remove all connections from the tractor. Secure the implement against any form of damage
(tipping over, etc.).
The storage location should be protected from solar radiation and other weather influences.
