In order to start gasoline engine, go to the engine po-

sition and turn clockwise the key to switch on the

electrical system (I) and start the internal combustion

engine (START) (Picture 4d):

Never disassemble the ballested engine

support. This support is part of structural

component of the machine and the MEWP

must never works without the support.

3.1.1 Ignition of the endothermic engine

In order to start the endothermic engine, turn the SK

key all the way to the right up to the symbol .

Before starting the engine, especially if the MEWP is

used in workplaces with low atmospheric tempera-

tures, it is advisable to heat the spark plugs of the

machine engine while keeping the key on the symbol
