Common Commands_________________
The IEEE 488.2 standard defines a set of Common Commands. Instruments that
adhere to this standard will all respond to these commands in the same manner.
The Common Commands are used to set and query instrument status and the
status enable registers. They also include commands to reset the instrument and to
inquire about the manufacturer.
