same manner as Drierite) every five years for uninterrupted service.
Filter Media Replacement
Both Drierite and Soda Lime are hazardous substances. They can release nuisance dust in handling or during
use. They can cause eye, skin, nose, throat, and upper respiratory irritation. Please wear protective gloves,
protective clothing, eye protection, face protection and wash thoroughly after handling raw media. Please see
their specific Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for complete information.
• Disconnect the air lines from the top and bottom of the column and remove it from its holding bracket.
• Unscrew the lid and remove the spring-loaded screen and filter pad.
• Pour out the used filter media (pink color change indicated).
• Add fresh filter media to the level just below the top output port and then tap the column on a hard
surface to pack and settle the material.
• Replace the filter pad, spring-loaded screen and firmly screw the lid on top of the column.
• Replace the column into the bracket and reconnect the air lines.
