Error Codes
Error Codes
The unit will have error codes programmed in. The following is a list of error codes and how to
rectify these errors.

Density out of range
Temperature out of range
Calibrate meter density using the K-Factor
switch
Calibrate meter temperature using the K-

The preset entered is below the

Enter a preset above (or equal to) the
MMQ

No price
Set the price
Er 8
Reverse flow.
Check product is not flowing back into the
tank once the delivery has finished. This
only occurs if the non-return valves
installed on site are faulty

Faulty or disconnected
electronics on encoder meter
Repower the meter if the problem persists
Check meter wiring. Replace meter board

Configuration lost
Reconfigure the unit

Slave display restarted
Power Failure, Hardware failure

Check the connecting bus cable

Check the connecting wire connections to
the comms bards form the pump side
and from the controller side.

Check that the meter is connected
correctly. Check correct configuration and
correct software installed. Ensure the
meter IDs on the dispenser software and
V50 meter match
