3.5 Installation Procedure for ALSPA MV3000e MicroCubicle™
Drives
1. Switch off the mains supply to the drive and ensure that the drive
is fully isolated.
WARNINGS
• This equipment may be connected to more than one live
circuit. Disconnect all supplies before working on the
equipment.
• Wait at least 5 minutes after isolating supplies and check
that voltage between DC+ and DC- has reduced to a safe
level before working on this equipment.
2. Refer to Figure 3-6 and fully open the drive doors as follows:
i. Open the left hand yellow plastic door beneath the Keypad
harbour by carefully pulling the bottom of the door and/or
the depression at the top.
ii. Open the right hand door by releasing the two screws (C).
