CAUTION!
Thehoppermustonlybefilledafterhavinghitchedthefertiliserspreadertothetractor,withthe
engineoffand withtheparkingbrakeengaged, so as toavoidsudden movements and prevent
themachinefromrollingover.
Itisveryimportanttocheckthestabilityofthetractor‐fertiliser
spreadertogetherbeforestart‐
ingtofillthehopper.
DANGER!
Clothingandpersonalprotectiveequipment.
Use suitable, high‐visibility clothing, safety shoes, earmuffs, protective glasses and half‐masks
withfilterswhenloadingandunloadingtheproductstobespread.Forfurtherdetailsandinfor‐
mation,always read the technical andsafetydatasheets for the products to be spread or used
for maintenance and lubrication. Absolutely avoid loose garments that may get caught in the
machineoritsmovingparts.
CAUTION!
Whenhandlingfertilisers,operatorsmustcomplywithalltheinstructionsshownontheproduct
labels.
DANGER!
Towedloads.Peopleandtowedloadscannotbetransportedonthemachine.Onlytransportthe
products to be spread in loose form.The heap of the product to be spread must never exceed the
lineofthehighsides.
CAUTION!
Loading with automatic equipment. The products to be spread must be loaded in conditions
of complete safety and in compliance with the standards in force on occupational health and
safety.Whenloading sacks exceeding30 kgin weight, use cranes with a suitableloadcapacity.
Theuseofvehiclesand
equipmentforhandlingloads,forexampleloaders,involvestherisksof
interferencewhenloadingtheproductstobespread,suchascollision,crushing,rolling,chemical
reactions,irritations and inhalation,asphyxiaand suffocation,noise,vibrations and falling from
aheight.
DANGER!
Laddersandaccesspoints.
Keep the ladders and operator accesspointsclean.Thesecan only be used when the tractor is
off,removingthekeysfromtheignition,andwhenthemachineissuitablyparkedandstabilised.
Theaccumulationofdebrismaycauseseriousandveryseriousinjuries(evendeath)
duetofalls
fromaslipperysurface.
DANGER!
Make sure the product to be spread is clean: stones and metallic objects may be a cause of
danger,aswellasirreparablydamagingthemachine’smechanisms.
DANGER!
Do not load full sacks on top of the fertilizer in the hopper, so as to avoid overloading the
machineandcompressingthefertilizer.
