DANGER!
Dangerofcrushingandcollisionduetoinsufficientspacewhendisconnectingthedriveshaft!
Disconnect the machine before disconnecting the drive shaft from the tractor.This will create enough space to
guaranteesafedisconnectionofthedriveshaft.
CAUTION!
Dangerofburnsduetohotpartsofthedriveshaft!
Do not touch the very hotparts of the driveshaft (in particular,do not touch any joints).
5.2.2.3.
DISCONNECTINGTHEDRIVESHAFT
1.
Disconnec t themachinefrom the tractor.
2.
Movethetractorforwardsuntilleavingafreespace(around40/50cm)betweenthetractorandthemachine.
3.
Make sure the tractorcannot be started or moved accidentally.
4.
Remove the drive shaft coupling from the tractor power take‐off.When disconnecting the drive shaft,refer to the
usermanualsuppliedwiththedriveshaft.
5.
Once uncoupled,place the driveshaftin thesupport provided,to protect it against damageand pr event dirt from
entering.Neverattachtheuncoupleddriveshaftusingthesupportchain.
6.
Before long periods of inactivity, clean and grease the drive shaft.
