Makesurethat thehydraulic hoses are connectedcorrectly.
CAUTION!Dangerofinfections.
Do not attempt to close any leaks from the hydraulic hoses using the hands or fingers. High
pressure fluid (hydraulic oil) may penetrate into the body through the skin and cause serious
injuries.
INTHEEVENTOFINJURIESFROMHYDRAULICOIL,SEEKMEDICALADVICEIMMEDIATELY.
Usesuitable
equipmenttofindleaks,consideringthehighdangerofseriousinfections.

CONNECTINGANDDISCONNECTINGTHEHYDRAULICHOSES
For all operation s, use the
PPE
(Personal Protecti ve Equipmen) described below:
Protective gloves
Safetyshoes
Workoveralls
Protective glasses
s Beforeworkingonthehydraulicsystem:
s
restthemachineontheground
s
dischargethepressurefromthehydraulicsystem
s
turnoff thetractorengine
s
activate the parking brake
s
removeth eignitionkey
s Beforeconnectingordisconnectingthehydraulichoses:
s
makesure that the hydraulic system on the tractor and the machine is depressurised.
s
clean the hydraulic connectors
s CONNECTINGTHEHYDRAULICHOSES
s
Connectthehydraulichosestothehydraulicvalvesonthetractor.
s
Donotexceedthemaximumadmissibleoperatingpressureof200bars.
s
The hydraulic system operates at high pressure.
s DISCONNECTINGTHEHYDRAULICHOSES
s
Release the connector from the hydraulic coupling.
s
Protectthehydraulicfittingswithdustcaps
s
Return the hydraulic connector to the connectorholder on the machine.
