Engagetheparkingbrakesonthetractorandthemachine;(pullthehandbrakesuitably).

Carefullypositionthechocksand/orstabilisersifthegroundorflooringisunevenordeteriorated.

Clean and wash the machine at a safe distance so as to simplify the subsequent visual inspection (if using a high pressure
washer,wearspecialPPE).
s
CarryoutthevisualinspectionasexplainedinAPPENDIXB.
s
Keep a safe distance away during the inspection,never move underneath the machine.
s
Continue the operations listed inAPPENDIX B when the inspection has been concluded positively.
7.1.2.
VISUALINSPECTIONOFMAINTENANCECONDITIONSANDRELIABILITY
Before using and starting the machine, only in accordan ce with the operating conditions described in this manual,the user must check
the maintenance conditions and reliability of the machine.Machine maintenance and reliability must be verified before the machine is
putintoservice,meaningeveryday,andafteranyabnormaleventsduringoperation.
Thesemayinclude:
s
accidentsinvolvingcollision,noise,vibrations(...);
s
other uncertain operation,change in operating conditions from normal to extreme,and so on.
Visualinspectionmayalsobeperformedusingobjectiveproceduresbymaintenancetechnicians,i.e.bypersonnelwhoaresuitably
trained,qualifiedandauthorised,forexamplebyattendingspecifictrainingcoursesprovidedbythemanufacturerandauthorised
training centres,in accordance with the requirements in force on oc cupational health and safety and the use of dangerous equipment.
