7. Troubleshooting
7.1. The POWER Indicator does not Light
Check the power supply regarding to the right output and then check the fuse at the rear panel (of the
value 2 A, marked at the rear panel). If the POWER indicator still does not light, contact the dealer.
7.2. A Correct Method of the Connection with a PC
Some cases are known where a Notebook and a desktop computer serial port were damaged with
static electricity. Remember that many desktop computers have the ground connected with neutral
wire of the power supply 230 VAC! Connect the serial port when the power is off, and supply the
computer and the Assistant or Assistant-S from the same power socket.
