Rear Roller
Tools Required
• 3/4” socket wrench
• 7/16” socket wrench
• 3/16” allen wrench
7. Remove the rear roller.
A. Using a 3/4” socket wrench,
remove the two rear roller bolts,
bronze bushing and nut (one roller
bolt on each side). NOTE: Loosen
each bolt evenly, making sure not
to loosen either bolt too many turns
before moving to the other bolt. See
Figure 8.
B. Lift one side of the rear roller and slide
the roller out of the running belt. NOTE:
The nylon bushing and retaining ring will
remain in the frame. See Figure 8.
8. Remove the deck.
A. Using a 7/16” socket wrench, remove
the two screws, two split washers and
two flat washers that hold the back of
the deck in place. See Figure 9.
B. Using a 3/16” allen wrench, remove the
two screws, two split washers and two
flat washers that hold the front of the
deck in place. See Figure 9.
C. If rotating or flipping the deck, make a
note on the deck so you know which
way it was positioned.
D. Remove the deck by sliding it sideways
out of the unit.
