Section 4 - Conguration
IP Filter Create/Edit
General Settings
Enable rule: Toggle this switch to enable the rule.
Name: Specify a name for the rule. This name is for reference only and does
not aect functionality.
Action: Choose the action to be taken when the rule is triggered. Choose
Allow or Deny.
Protocol: Choose which protocol to which the rule will apply. Choose from TCP/
UDP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, or <All>
IP version: Choose if the rule should apply to IPv4 or IPv6.
Destination IP Address
Set as: Choose Range or single IP address to enter a specic IP address or
ranges for the destination lter. Choose Subnet to specify a subnet
only.
Start/End IPv4/
IPv6 address:
If you have selected Range or single IP address, specify an IP address
range for the destination lter. To enter a single address, use only the
Start IPv4/IPv6 address eld and leave the End IPv4/IPv6 address
eld blank.
Subnet IPv4/IPv6
address:
If you have selected Subnet, specify the destination subnet to lter.
Protocol: Indicates to which protocol(s) the lter applies.
Source IP address: Indicates the IP address range and port(s) to which the lter applies.
