Cause
The feeding depth is shallow
The engine speed is too low
The threshing unit speed is
too slow
Cause
The cutter bar is covered
with soil and straws
The gap between the upper
and lower blades is too wide
Rivets holding the cutter
blades are missing or the
blades are worn out.
ReferenceTroubleshooting

Remove them

Adjust the clearance between the cutter bar
(upper) and the cutter bar (lower)

Replace the knives with new ones


Stop reaping and
disengage the reap-
ing clutch lever


on the thresher inlet by the feeding depth
control switch

Adjust the engine speed suing the accelerator
lever while watching the tachometer

