2. The engine must be shut off before
clearing up the straw on the cutting
shaft.

To open/close the stalk shredder

To open the stalk shredder
1. Remove the side cover.
2. Open the upper cover and the side cover at the ear of
crop.
3. Pull down the lever and remove the belt.
4. Pull over the xing lever and make the stalk shredder to
open outward, slowly rotate.
5. After the stalk shredder is open, secure it with prop.

To close the stalk shredder
1. Follow the reverse sequence of opening when closing
the stalk shredder.
2. Correctly secure the securing device.
3. Do not install the belt to a wrong direction.

To open the cutting blade
1. Please follow the operation manual regulation and the
precautions.
(Make sure to install the grinding face of the cutting blade
toward the direction of the head of crops)
2. Please use Daedong 170 cutting blade (57781-5261-2)
Note:1. Do not open/close it at
sloping eld.

1. It is strictly forbidden to approach the straw
discharge inlet.
2. There is sharp cutter inside this cover. It is
extremely dangerous when it is running! Never
put your hand inside.
3. When the alarm sounds, the engine must be
shut off before checking.
4. The engine must be shut off before mainte

nance, adjustment or cleaning.
5. The cover must be covered after maintenance,
adjustment or cleaning is completed.
