按照图示位置安装振动筛总成调整橡胶挡板，否则容易磨损。
1.振动筛组装完毕后，要把①
置于②的底下，③置于1号
搅龙的上面，把④⑤置于2
号搅龙的上面，打开侧面清
扫口固定好橡胶板。并且，
把⑥放置⑤后面。
2.振动筛清理时，应先把①从
② 的 底 下 拉 出 ， 拉 出 振 动
筛，清扫干净，再按照上述
方面安装固定。
3.固定好张紧轮。
CAUTION
When installing the chaff container, the rubber plate must be installed as speci-
ed in the following gure. Otherwise, the container will easily be damaged.
1. After assembling the chaff
container, put 1 under 2,
place 3 into the rst chaff
container, put 4 and 5
into the second chaff con-
tainer. And adjust them
through a cleaning port.
Place 6 behind 5 and fas-
ten it.
2. Pull up 1 over the thresh
-
ing rotor. And remove the
screen to adjust it.
3. Fasten the tensioner.
●
Never open the water tank cover
when the engine is running or imme-
diately after it is shut off, otherwise
potential contact with the hot water
or steam coming out may cause
scald.
●
When the engine compartment
cover needs to be opened for check
and maintenance due to engine
over-heating, please follow the fol-
lowing procedures:
1. Shut off the engine.
2. Open the engine compartment cover
after it is cooled for more than 30
minutes.
3. Conduct maintenance after it is
conrmed that there is no danger of
scald at the parts of the contact for
check and maintenance.
CAUTION
Any contact with high temperature
positions such as mufer, exhaust
and engine may cause scald. So
never contact any high tempera-
ture position.
