In Operating Mode section, select an operating mode. Step 3
The following operating modes are available: Gateway, BGP, RIP2 Router, OSPF
Router and Router.
The default operating mode is Gateway. And Gateway mode is also recommended for
most users.
The parameters might vary according to the different operating modes. Take Gateway
as an example.
Click Save to save the configuration. Step 4
Click Apply Settings to apply the configuration. Step 5
(Optional) Click Cancel Changes to cancel the configuration. Step 6
Static Routing
A static routing is a pre-determined path for transmission of network information to a specific
host or network.
To set up a static route between the router and another network:
Log in to the web interface of the Router. Step 1
In the left navigation menu, select Setup > Advanced Routing. Step 2
In Static Routing section, set parameters. Step 3

Select a number from the dropdown list.
To delete a static routing entry, you can select a number that you want to
delete, and then click Delete.
Set routing name. The name length can be up to 25 characters.
The unit of measure for the routing from the source address to the
destination address. The range is 0–9999.
