NOTICE
Make sure refrigerant piping installation complies with
applicable legislation. In Europe, EN378 is the applicable
standard.
NOTICE
Make sure the field piping and connections are not
subjectedtostress.
WARNING
During tests, NEVER pressurize the product with a
pressurehigherthanthemaximumallowablepressure(as
indicatedonthenameplateoftheunit).
WARNING
Takesufficientprecautionsincaseofrefrigerantleakage.If
refrigerant gas leaks, ventilate the area immediately.
Possiblerisks:
▪ Excessive refrigerant concentrations in a closed room
canleadtooxygendeficiency.
▪ Toxic gas may be produced if refrigerant gas comes
intocontactwithfire.
WARNING
Always recover the refrigerants. Do NOT release them
directly into the environment. Use a vacuum pump to
evacuatetheinstallation.
NOTICE

NOTICE
▪ Toavoidcompressorbreakdown,doNOTchargemore
thanthespecifiedamountofrefrigerant.
▪ When the refrigerant system is to be opened,
refrigerantmustbetreatedaccordingtotheapplicable
legislation.
WARNING
Make sure there is no oxygen in the system. Refrigerant
mayonlybechargedafterperformingtheleaktestandthe
vacuumdrying.
▪ Incaserechargeisrequired,refertothenameplateoftheunit.It

▪ Theunitisfactorychargedwithrefrigerantanddependingonpipe
sizesand pipelengths somesystems requireadditional charging
ofrefrigerant.
▪ Only use tools exclusively for the refrigerant type used in the
system, this to ensure pressure resistance and prevent foreign
materialsfromenteringintothesystem.
▪ Chargetheliquidrefrigerantasfollows:

▪ Openrefrigerantcylindersslowly.
▪ Charge the refrigerant in liquid form. Adding it in gas form may
preventnormaloperation.
CAUTION
Whentherefrigerant charging procedureisdone or when
pausing, close the valve of the refrigerant tank
immediately. If the tank is left with the valve open, the
