a Compressor wire terminals cover
4 Disconnect the wiring from the reactor.
INFORMATION
The reactor will trip at a temperature of 115°C and will reset at a temperature of
95°C.
5 Using a megger device of 500VDC, check the insulation resistance. Make sure
there is no earth leakage.
Is the measured insulation resistance
correct?
Action
Yes Continue with the next step.
No Replace the reactor, see "2.14.2Repair
procedures"[4110].
6 Measure the continuity of the reactor.
Is the continuity measurement correct? Action
Yes Return to the troubleshooting of the
specific error and continue with the
next step.
No Replace the reactor, see "2.14.2Repair
procedures"[4110].
2.14.2 Repair procedures
To remove the reactor
Prerequisite: Stop the unit operation via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
1 Remove the required plate work, see "2.13Plate work"[499].
2 Open the compressor insulation.
DANGER: RISK OF ELECTROCUTION
Wait for at least 10 minutes after the circuit breaker has been turned OFF, to be sure
the rectifier voltage is below 10VDC before proceeding.
3 Remove the cover of the compressor wire terminals.
