5.3 Network Settings
The device’s IP address can be changed in the TCP/IP dialog. It can also be congured to
use DHCP (automatic assignment of network settings through a server).
Open the TCP/IP dialog via Remote Conguration > Network Settings > TCP/IP.

Select the required NIC Type (network card).
Enter an appropriate IPv4 Address if required.
Enter the required IPv4 Subnet Mask.
Enter the required IPv4 Default Gateway.
Enter the maximum packet size of the Maximum Transmission Unit in the MTU eld if
required.
Enter a Preffered DNS Server if required.
Enter an Alternate DNS Server if required.
Click Save.
If the network settings are obtained automatically from a server, the checkbox “DHCP”
must be activated. There are no further settings are required.
5.4 Alarm Settings
The alarm inputs and outputs can be congured.
5.4.1 Alarm Inputs
In order to congure an alarm input proceed as follows:
Open the Alarm Input Settings dialog via Remote Conguration > Alarm Settings >
Alarm Input.
