      If the display on your Danfoss Media Converter is dark or not functioning, there are several potential causes. First, check the input power source. Also, inspect the fuses or circuit breaker. If those aren't the issue, the LCP might not be getting power, in which case you should replace the faulty LCP or connection cable. Ensure there isn't a shortcut on the control voltage (terminal 12 or 50) or at the control terminals by checking the wiring. Confirm that you are using the correct LCP (LCP 101 (P/N 130B1124) or LCP 102 (P/N 130B1107)). Adjust the contrast by pressing [Status] + [?]/[?]. Finally, the display (LCP) may be defective, so replace the faulty LCP or connection cable. For an internal voltage supply fault or defective SMPS, contact your supplier.
