2 Mechanical Installation
2.1 Installation Requirements
l Make sure that the ambient conditions at the installation location comply with these:
¢ Installation temperature: –10 °C...+70 °C (14 °F...158 °F)
¢ Relative humidity: 5...95% RH, no condensation, no dripping water
l Install the drive on a solid and level surface.
l Make sure that the mounting surface can support the weight of the drive. See the weight in the design guide.
l Make sure that the mounting surface is non-combustible.
2.2 Installing the Enclosed Drive
1. Secure the enclosed drive to the floor and to the wall using all the mounting holes.
There are 2 mounting holes at the rear top, 6 mounting holes at the front bottom, and 6 mounting holes at the rear bottom.

2.3 Installing the Enclosed Drives Back to Back
The enclosed drives can be installed back to back with other enclosed drives.
1. When installing enclosed drives back to back, leave a minimum of 100 mm (3.94 in) space between them.
