The Force10 MXL’s FIP-snooping FCF connection information can be checked by using:
show fip-snooping fcf. This command will display the FCF’s MAC address, the connecting interface and
applicable VLAN configured for the connection.

The FCoE enabled connection to an enode or CNA in a host server can be checked by using:
show fip-snooping enode. This command will display the Enode MAC address, which port the Enode is
connected with, the FCF’s MAC address, the applicable VLAN configured for the connection and the FC-
ID.

Using the Force10 MXL, the fip-snooping sessions can be validated using:
show fip-snooping sessions. This command will display the following items that are in an FCoE
session: Enode MAC address, Enode interface, FCF’s MAC address, FCF’s connecting interface, FCoE
VLAN being used, FCoE MAC addrss, FC-ID, Port WWPN, and Port WWNN being used for the session.
