1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. SD card
b. battery cover
c. battery
3. To remove the base cover:
a. Remove the 2 (M2.5X5.0) screws that secure the base cover to the system [1].
b. Slide the rubber feet towards the rear end to disengage the base cover and lift the base cover away from the system [2].
